Repair, mending and sewing circle

Tickets - £45 per person

Join me and a small group of likeminded people to repair your clothing and homewares. I will be on hand with many different fabrics, materials and notions to help you repair, patch, take up, take down and add new life into things you already own. Whether it’s darning socks, taking up trouser hems, repairing rips in seams, patching over ripped jeans, replacing buttons, adding appliqué or decorative patches to your clothing or something else - all types of repair welcome. I will have all the tools you will need and hopefully all of the advice you will need too - but please feel free to reach out to me beforehand if you’re thinking of bringing an item/piece that you’re unsure about whether we can fix or it’s large in size etc.

Light refreshments will be provided

• Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements beforehand

• No need to bring any sewing equipment just your item(s) you’d like help repairing

• Feel free to bring as many items as you like, I will do my best to help you with as many items as possible and if we don’t get around to fixing them all I can offer guidance on how to proceed
